Full continuous ball mill process plan: The  granular material and  clay material are pre processed separately before entering the continuous ball mill.

(1)Description of  gridge material goals:

1. The raw materials are crushed to 3mm and then transported to the standard warehouse by a forklift.

2. The bottom of the standard warehouse is equipped with a belt scale, which mixes the prepared materials through a drum screen and sends them to the transfer warehouse.

3. The transfer warehouse supplies materials to the continuous ball mill based on the output of the ball mill.

(2)Chemical slurry description:

1. According to the formula, the  clay material is transported from the feeder to the continuous ball mill of the chemical slurry, and an appropriate amount of water is added according to the process design to assimilate the clay material into the chemical slurry.

2. Continuous  ball mill discharge of slurry, the slurry is sieved through a vibrating circular sieve, and then iron is removed before being transported to an underground slurry tank for homogenization and use.

3. The discharge end of the chemical pulp ball is designed with a filter cone barrel to screen out impurities contained in the raw material.

4. The vibrating circular sieve removes the sand and gravel particles contained in the slurry and transports them to the sand and gravel silo for unified processing.

5. The slurry from the underground slurry tank is supplied to the continuous ball mill through a plunger pump according to the formula and production capacity according to the process design.

Compared with intermittent ball mill, continuous ball mill has the following advantages:

1. The biggest advantage of continuous ball mill is energy saving (see energy consumption comparison table for details);

2.  Continuous  ball  mill  through  different  ball  grinding  division,  gradually  grinding,  uniform  particle  size  distribution,  avoid overgrinding;

3. Under the same production scale, continuous ball mill covers less area, greatly reducing investment;

4. It can reduce labor, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and save the time of loading and discharging stock;

5. The quality of the slurry produced by the continuous ball mill is more stable, the particle size distribution is more uniform, and the data show that the furnace firing temperature can be reduced by 7-8℃ .
