The single continuous ball mill is applicable to grinding of steel slag, lime, gold ore, aluminum powder, quartz sand, aluminum powder paste, hematite, high alumina porcelain, iron concentrate powder, fluorite ore, barite, slime, tungsten carbide, copper ore and other mineral materials, which are widely used in cement, silicate products, and various ores.
The raw materials are sent by conveyor belt to the drum feeder at the front end of the ball mill, The drum feeder continuously feeds raw materials and water sources into the ball mill cylinder with the operation of the ball mill. The inner wall of the ball mill cylinder can be installed with high manganese steel lining or high aluminum lining bricks or rubber lining according to the particle size of the raw materi- als and the fineness of the slurry.
At the same time, high chromium steel balls or high aluminum pellets are loaded as grinding media to perform parabolic motion during the ball mill operation, crushing and grinding the materials into slurry, and finally overflowing from the slurry outlet and feeding them into the vibrating screen,The coarse particles are sent back to the ball mill through the return belt, and the finished slurry is sent to the subsequent process end.
