1. Innovative Structure:
   The crusher features a novel, unique, simple, and reasonable structure, ensuring balanced operation and low running costs. The main body is constructed entirely of cast steel, with reinforcing ribs added to high-stress points for enhanced durability. The drive shaft has tapered roller bearings on both ends, and power transmission is achieved via heavy-duty bevel gears. A skeleton seal prevents lubrication oil leakage.

2. Hydraulic Adjustment Mechanism:
   Every cone crusher is equipped with a hydraulic adjustment system, allowing for quick and convenient adjustment of the discharge port size.

3. Hydraulic Cleaning Mechanism:
   A standard configuration for all cone crushers, the hydraulic cleaning mechanism is powered by eight hydraulic cylinders located at the base of the machine, ensuring efficient cavity cleaning.

4. Spring-Style Overload Protection:
   The crusher includes a "spring-style" iron release protection system, safeguarding the equipment from potential damage.

5. Advanced Lubrication System:
   The external lubrication system includes an oil pump, oil tank, and pipelines. If the oil temperature exceeds safe limits or the oil flow rate decreases, the crusher will automatically shut down to prevent damage.
